When the Diablo made its first debut in the automotive world in 1990, Lamborghini successfully tackled the task of engineering and producing an Italian supercar that would prove to be a perfect successor to the Countach. Evolving throughout time, the Lamborghini Diablo VT quickly gained traction as a leader with a new 6.0L V12 engine and a Viscous Traction (VT) all-wheel-drive system. Without a doubt, it was safe to say that the latest VT 6.0 model was by far the best Diablo ever and surely the easiest to use as a daily driver. The supercar specialists at Speedart Motorsports are thrilled to present this 2001 Lamborghini Diablo 6.0 VT as part of its impressive inventory of rare and collectible exotic cars for sale.
This Diablo 6.0 VT is stamped chassis no. 12666 and rolled off Lamborghini’s Sant’Agata Bolognese factory floor in November 2000 sporting a breathtaking Grigio Antares exterior finish. After being delivered to its first owner in January 2001 from Lamborghini Beverly Hills, the Diablo found a few more owners throughout the years and even acquired a model-specific Tubi exhaust system with two megaphone tips. The Lamborghini spent most of its life in California until it was finally acquired by a prominent Miami collector, with a passion for iconic supercars as part of his significant portfolio.
